Your Role and ResponsibilitiesOur Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature digital experience for our new hires. Onboard Success Partner will be responsible to craft a digital signature experience that is both informative, engaging and ensures strong start at IBM. Role of onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1. The goal is to provide candidates with an impactful digital experience from offer acceptance onwards. Our Onboard success partners play an important part to improve the onboarding experience and build a feeling of personalized support as they guide candidates through the onboarding process in an efficient and timely manner. This role will be reporting to the Regional Onboarding Leader and will be part of IBM’s Global Onboarding team. What you’ll do:
The role requires one to be a detail-oriented,digital first mindset and get-things-done with speed and agility. It requires someone who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.
- Lead and run all day-to-day operations for Onboarding delivery
- First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding
- Coordinating requests and delivery of all provisioning items by new hire’s start date
- Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process within time frames established.
- Handle communications and inquiries from new hires
- Audit and review all new hire documents as per the statutory and company requirements both online on tool and hard copy
- Ensure employee data collected at onboarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner
- Create the New Hire record on tool.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ideally 1-2 years previous working experience, ideally in an international company
- Good verbal and written language skills. Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Excel experience in pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and any other digital skills like video creation, project management skills etc.
- Orientation on detail & Precision
- Advance Excel skills and reporting skills
- Ability to automate tasks.
