Our clients are the CEOs and executive teams of the top Global 1000 companies.</span><br /><br /><b><span>Oliver Wyman is now looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join </span><b><span>our Gurugram office! </span></b></b></p><p></p><p><u><b>Role Overview</b></u></p><p></p><p><span>To provide support to the IMEA Entry-Level Recruiting team, across a variety of<br />operational topics.</span></p><p></p><p><u><b><span>Key Responsibilities </span></b></u></p><p></p><p><span><b>Support the application and hiring process for interns and graduates</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Carry out initial CV screening</p></li><li><p><span>Schedule and monitor interviews, communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants and candidates as appropriate</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate feedback and offer process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee the management of communications and “sell” process with candidates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain/update recruiting IT system (Workday) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use</span></p></li><li><p><span>Produce offer letter documents for interns and graduate hires using Oliver Wyman formatting styles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate and assist in the new hire process and on-boarding procedures, including managing start dates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with HC Operation team to ensure files are complete, sign-on bonuses are paid, etc.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Recruitment marketing</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Help with adapting firm-wide marketing material for various recruitment initiatives /events</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support with coordination of placement of adverts, create layout and coordinate the production of flyers, posters and ads</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><span><b>University recruiting & national events</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Help with preparation of logistics for all university events (joining instructions to attendees, badges, logistics, resourcing where appropriate etc.)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in planning and organizing of national and international recruiting events</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><span>Experience Required</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span>Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
