Offshore Payments Tech Business Analyst

Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented Offshore Payments Tech Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology business analysis, specifically with experience in Pega. Knowledge of Java and Oracle is a plus. Familiarity with payment operations, particularly real-time payments and NPP, is highly desirable.


Software Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Pega.
  • Understanding of Java and Oracle (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Knowledge of payment operations, including real-time payments and the New Payments Platform (NPP) (preferred).

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document business requirements for payment operations projects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide technical guidance and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize Pega for designing and implementing business process management solutions.
  • Provide insights into real-time payment systems and NPP to enhance payment processing capabilities.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of payment systems to AWS.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Technical Skills:


  • Pega Expertise:Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using Pega.
  • Java and Oracle:Understanding of Java and Oracle for potential integrations (preferred).
  • AWS Experience:Hands-on experience in working with AWS services.
  • Payment Operations:Knowledge of payment operations, including real-time payments and NPP.

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Technology Business Analyst, with a strong focus on payment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega, including design and implementation of solutions.
  • Familiarity with real-time payments systems and the New Payments Platform (NPP).
  • Experience with AWS and its application in payment processing systems.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for payment operations projects.
  • Work with development teams to design and implement Pega-based solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on the integration of Java and Oracle solutions (if applicable).
  • Analyze real-time payment systems and NPP to recommend improvements.
  • Support the migration and integration of payment systems to AWS.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Education:Any Graduate, preferably with a background in technology, finance, or related fields.
  • Certifications:Relevant certifications in Pega, AWS, or business analysis are a plus.

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
