Job Description

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.


Responsibilities:
  · Bachelor's degree with total 4+ years of BI experience
  · Interact with Business users and understand their requirements from a data analytics, visualization and UI/UX perspective
  · Design and Develop Dashboards in Tableau using different data sources
  · Understand and analyse the data to find patterns and valuable business insights
  · Facilitate change and innovation to legacy systems and processes
Skills Required:
  · Professional experience in building Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards
  · Strong knowledge on Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau server
  · Strong Data Modelling skills
  · Experience of creating functional and technical documents
  · Should have experience of working in Agile projects
  · Should be good at tuning Dashboards and Reports
  · Strong SQL skills in at least one DB - SQL server, Oracle etc
  · Exposure on Big Data connectivity with Tableau/Qlik
  · Tableau mobile development.


Good to have :


Integration of Tableau with R or Python


·Experience on connecting API with Tableau server
