Job Description
We are looking for a competent Office Administrator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
. Maintain and update company databases
. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
. Answer queries by employees and clients
. Update office policies as needed
. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
. Book meeting rooms and conference facilities
. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
