Occupational Health Nurse-
1. Should be well versed in corporate occupational health practices with at least 5 years of experience in corporate setup, some hospital experience preferred.
2. Required educational background GNM, ACLS & BLS trained.
3. Should know the basics of Excel, PowerPoint, Word handling etc.
4. Open to support and travel to distant project sites.
5. Independently manage Occupational health center.
6. Should be able to establish and maintain cross department collaboration.
7. Should be able to write, read & speak Hindi and English
8. Effective role in managing pandemic.
9. Should be open to shift duties.
The Candidates should also have experience as described below,
·Case management for injuries: Promptly manage as per BLS protocol and align with location Doctor.
·Risk reduction: Risk reduction and harm prevention are among some of the other areas of responsibility for occupational health nurses. Promote Health education sessions.
·Preventative health: keep employees productive and healthy by offering them preventative strategies like Preventive health checkup, morbidity monitoring, immunization, stress management.
·Counseling and crisis intervention: Well versed with corporate EWAP
·Health screening: To promote and handle PHCs through aggregator as decided by Siemens.
·Maintaining confidentiality of employees' personal health information and working with employers to comply with established codes of ethics and regulatory or legal requirements.
·Implementing procedures and policies for continually assuring confidentiality
·Keeping logs and documents required by Siemens/ legal requirement.
·Evaluating employees who have limitations or work restrictions and recommending appropriate job placement, such as fitness for duty.
·Meeting eligibility requirements for being a medical employee who works with personal information.
