Job Description
Job Title: Information Security Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an Information Security Manager to lead our security operations. This role focuses on reviewing current systems, optimizing tools, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ELK/OpenSearch, SailPoint, Dynatrace, SOX compliance, and information security, along with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Review: Evaluate and assess existing security systems and tools (ELK/OpenSearch, New Relic, Jira, SailPoint) to ensure they meet organizational and compliance standards.
- Change Management Integration: Drive the collaboration between the Jira change management module and ServiceNow for effective change tracking and implementation.
- Resource Monitoring: Oversee teams working with various tools, ensuring optimal resource utilization and performance.
- Program Governance: Establish governance frameworks for tools optimization, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- New Relic Implementation: Lead the implementation and migration of New Relic, coordinating integration activities with other tools.
- Compliance Management: Ensure SOX compliance through regular audits, risk assessments, and the implementation of security controls.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- Incident Management: Oversee responses to security incidents, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on system reviews and tools optimization.
- Proficiency in ELK/OpenSearch, SailPoint, Dynatrace, New Relic, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and security principles.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
