This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture. Reporting to the Head of Performance Analysis and Reporting, the Obligation Management & Audit Analytics Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the functions Contract Obligations Management & Audit practice using structured and non-structured data to monitor contract performance and periodically assess the governance and oversight of third-party suppliers in an effort to improve operations and maximize contract value for the company. He/she will also be mentoring the junior analyst in this role.
 


Main Responsibilities


  • Obligation Management: Oversee and execute processes related to the management of contractual obligations, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.


  • Audit Analytics: Conduct data analysis for third-party contract compliance and performance audits, identifying potential risks, losses of value, and improvement opportunities.


  • Domain Knowledge: Strong hold on contract lifecycle management with focus on contract obligations & audit management and maintains expertise on key trends / developments in the contract management/procurement domain.


  • Leadership: Collaborate with the cross functional teams and lead the project discussions with the stakeholders. Mentor junior analyst(s) as needed.


  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to contractual obligations, audit processes, and sourcing activities.


  • Reporting: Generate reports and insights derived from audit analytics, providing stakeholders with valuable information on contract governance and compliance.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, legal, and audit teams to align obligation management and audit analytics processes with broader organizational objectives.


  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Contract Obligations Management & Audit practice processes, implement automation where possible, and stay abreast of industry best practices.


  • Communication: Effectively communicate performance insights and trends to a diverse audience, tailoring the message to meet the needs of different stakeholders.


About you:


  • Experience: Experience in obligations management, audit analytics, or a similar role. Experience within the procurement or supply chain domain will be preferred. Proven experience in contract lifecycle management with focus on contract obligations & audit management. Preferred knowledge of front-end procurement, procurement services and other supply chain areas like manufacturing, logistics, planning, etc.


  • Soft skills & Technical skills: Proficient and hands on experience in at least one Contract Lifecycle Management tool, Power BI, and SQL. Knowledge of SAP, Python, handling large data set (big data), knowledge of AI/ML and any automation tool is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


  • Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering or a related field


  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
