We are looking for an individual who can produce Non-Financial Risk Reporting (Operational, Technology and Compliance Risks) for internal and senior stakeholders in the company.

What you will be responsible for


As Senior Associate you will


  • Produce Technology risk reports for internal Stakeholders.
  • Identify changes to policy requirements and adjust reporting methodology etc.
  • Work with report owners and understand the business logic for Technology risk reports.
  • Ensure the reports are produced timely and accurately.
  • Work with SMEs to identify and implement necessary changes to the reports to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Identify automation opportunities and help support in the development of risk dashboards.
  • Review multiple data points and build risk commentary. 
  • Present and discuss risk reports with risk managers, including following up on queries.
  • Support standardization of reports and creating efficiency in the production process though the use of automation and other technology tools.

  • Strong presentation skills - ability to create and deliver clear, well-structured presentations appropriate to the audience.
  • Good excel skills and adapting to source systems in State Street.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to recognize and adhere to style guide (language and formatting).

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Background in risk management.
