We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Node.js, a solid understanding of backend development, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves working on scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall development lifecycle.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js and frameworks like Express or Nest.js.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSocket solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL; familiarity with ORMs like Sequelize or Mongoose is a plus.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across different environments.
Implement DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and deploying on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Collaborate with team members on CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using Git.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Node.js and its frameworks (Express, Nest.js).
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Database Management:
Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Knowledge of ORMs such as Sequelize or Mongoose.
API Development:
Skilled in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or real-time services with WebSocket.
DevOps Skills:
Hands-on experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD tools.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning abilities.
Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to handle performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
