Job Summary:Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer with extensive experience in AWS to design and implement scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of Node.js-based solutions. This role involves working closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend applications using Node.js.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of Node.js-based applications and solutions.
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Technical Skills (Category-wise):
- Primary Skills:
- Extensive experience in Node.js and its related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and CouchDB.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Secondary Skills:
- Basic knowledge of React.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7-11 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Node.js-based applications and solutions.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies.
- Identify and address technical and project risks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Node.js is a plus.
