Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. A typical day in this role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, making this role crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Certification (e.g Infoblox Professional Services Certification Track) and expert level knowledge of DDI solutions (preferable InfoBlox) with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises. · Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions (NIOS and BloxOne) o Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products. o Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection · Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP. · Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualisation, or network. · Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS and / or VMware vSphere environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
