Job summary


Network Management is a global function within Digital & Platform Services (DPS) of the CIB.  This role resides within Network Management which is responsible for managing J.P. Morgan’s network of agent banks and financial market infrastructures (FMIs) ensuring they meet the firm’s requirements for oversight of cash and securities services for principal and client activities. The network of providers includes banks, sub custodians, payment systems, central counterparties, securities depositories and cheque clearing systems. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • This role is to primarily support Third Party Oversight (TPO) activities which includes – Agent Bank & FMI Due diligence administration and related processes. 
  • Candidate will also work on Supplier Select (Thomas Murray) Questionnaire Administration System for the Due /diligence process.
  • Candidate will work closely with Network Management stakeholders, functional stakeholders and Thomas Murray (vendor team) to deliver Oversight activities. 
  • Track Negative Media, KYF, Credit Risks, Audit Confirmations for all the Agent Banks and FMIs
  • Create and circulate metrics for all the activities to various stakeholders
  • Candidate will support various project initiatives for meeting strategic oversight goals.
  • Candidate will support Change Management initiatives to contribute to process improvement goals 
  • Partner with Technology and Network Management process owners to implement new data sources and ensure consistent definitions are used in reporting and analytics.
  • Candidate will support various work stream or change initiatives for meeting strategic Network Oversight goals

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ work experience required
  • CIB and/or strong Operations background preferred
  • Experience in Oversight or Due diligence process.
