Position Title:.NET / Angular / SQL Developer: Assistant Manager


Software Requirements:


  • Proficiency in .NET framework and Angular for front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases for data management and retrieval.
  • Familiarity with additional technologies like mobile development, Node.js, and open-source solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions that do not fall under specific technology domains.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions meet established quality and performance standards.
  • Manage technology development projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and troubleshooting problems efficiently.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, collaborating with team members and external vendors as needed.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to test technology solutions and ensure they meet performance criteria.
  • Plan and implement new technologies to align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Category-wise Technical Skills:


Programming Languages & Frameworks:


  • .NET (C#, ASP.NET)
  • Angular (or other JavaScript frameworks)
  • SQL (T-SQL, database design, and optimization)

Project Management:


  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions.

Problem-Solving:


  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

Communication & Collaboration:


  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in technology development and project management.
  • Proven track record of overseeing technology projects and providing technical support.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Lead and manage technology development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to users, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and scope.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and performance evaluations of technology solutions.
  • Plan the integration of new technologies into existing systems to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:


  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to mentor and guide junior team members.
