Job Description – Business Development Manager
Salary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Requirements:
- Qualification:MBA (Marketing or any field)
- Experience:Minimum 1 year in a relevant profile.(sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales:Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert them into customers. Calling on potential leads.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, extract business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Promotion:Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences. Make visits to schools, colleges, etc.
- Business Expansion:Develop strategies to expand the academy’s services and increase revenue.
- Negotiation & Closure:Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Team Coordination:Work closely with the sales, marketing, and training teams for smooth operations.
- Market Research:Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve business strategies.
- Reporting:Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.
