Job Description

You will be joining our Customer Implementation Team to add your project leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.


Your Role You will support customer care locations (CCL) + operational care center (OCC) colleagues by working with internal + external stakeholders to capture, validate, document + train based on our customer commitments. Your Responsibilities

You will do this by building strong relationships + communication with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:


  • To perform risk assessments on customer requirements (SOW, SOP, etc.) pre + post submission of selling rates, highlighting any financial or operational risks.
  • To take on new projects + build structures required to successfully deliver expected output while utilizing prescribed customer implementation project management tools.
  • To lead + enable timely completion of project deliverables as well as providing weekly progress reports.
  • To develop SOP, working instructions + training material (internal + external), obtaining signoff from end -users.
  • To conduct regular Anytime conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering performance + development goals.
  • To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues.
  • To ensure CCL + OCC colleagues have access to + are trained on shipment handling procedures for all customers.
  • To ensure that all supporting systems (SeaLOG, OMS, ACON, etc.) have optimal + complete setups prior to first shipment.

  • Your strong project management skills + knowledge of sea solutions, along with your communication skills + relationships will be the key to your success.
