Job Description

Be a key contributor in maintaining and extending customer share of wallet with National Accounts.


Your Role Run professional tender management cycles and deliver high standards of Key Account Management support. Ensure seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and retention. Your Responsibilities

Tender Management key activities: 


  • Contribute to RFI response preparation.
  • Review RFQ/ Tenders expected over next 90 days. Engage with Customer understand expectations.
  • Support with tender management process in close collaboration with Key Account Manager, main focus on the following activities:

- Analysis of tender requirements and definition of strategy, Alignment and synchronization of customer requirements with respective pricing teams to ensure full tender compliance, execution of tariff structure sanity checks to ensure completeness and commercial plausibility, and if required, to initiate corrective actions,


- Setup launch calls with the BU Pricing team to align on customer expectations.  Preparation of tender response including creation of value proposition,  Conduction of post-mortem process (external and internal) in close collaboration with Key Account Manager,


- Facilitate handover to implementation activities together with the Bid Owner, main focus on commercial tasks as per Implementation Methodology / RACI in place


KAM support key activities:


  • Spot quote coordination (pricing request receipt, liaison with pricing teams, commercial offer submission)
  • Rate card maintenance coordination (liaison with pricing teams, rate card update completion, submission of updated rate card)
  • Business Review preparation (people & task coordination, material preparation)
  • Customer setup maintenance (former housekeeping)
  • Identify & work on continuous improvement projects with Key Customer.
  • Conduct Monthly/ Quarterly Business Reviews with the Customers.
  • Work with KAM to keep good DQ on opportunities.
  • Work on & Improve Hit Rate with better alignment with BUs.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 6 - 8 Pricing / Tender Management/ Excellence Management experience.
  • Has Healthcare and Automotive vertical experience. 
  • Microsoft Office  / 365 ( focus on advanced presentation skills ppt, medium-advanced xls).
  • Supply Chain Management knowledge & Consultative Selling.
  • Process mapping or Re-Engineering qualification (e.g. Six Sigma, SCOR®)
