Lead our ambitious Environment and Process Monitoring (EPM) business in India and South Asia as the National Sales Manager - EPM at Thermo Fisher Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal and offers a chance to drive world-class performance and ensure flawless execution.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the complete sales team to achieve booking and revenue targets for India and South Asia.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve outstanding growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with the General Manager-EPM to determine and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and maintain high standards of performance and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, encouraging a collaborative and impactful environment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to strategically position our products and services.
  • Successfully implement sales initiatives and supervise their efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering; MBA is helpful.
  • Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in team management and conflict resolution.
  • Extensive experience in PAN India sales operations within reputable organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, go-getter demeanor with a focus on achieving flawless execution and results.
