National Sales Manager - Core Lab - South & West

As the NSM – Corelab you will be a member of the Roche Diagnostics India Commercial Leadership Team. You own the commercialization strategy of CoreLab and ensure a successful implementation of the strategies. You will lead and develop the Sales Team across North & East for Corelab. You will drive business success by defining and implementing the affiliate sales strategies under the condition of a sustainable business model based on innovation and efficiency. At the same time you are supporting the Team and the Customer Areas to deliver on its overarching priorities contributing to a holistic customer solution approach.
Your Opportunity:
Sales strategy & execution
You are accountable for achieving the top line and bottom line objectives of the division and is responsible for driving strategic large projects across both private and government segments. Also converting competition.
You are responsible for complete sales activity of the division including sales distribution handling, supply & control, accounting & administration and are responsible for sharing vision of Corelab business internally and driving streamlined efforts across all internal functions such as Marketing, MSA, Market Access, Communications and constantly monitor competition to evaluate and implement best sales practice
you drive relationship with key external stakeholders responsible for the success of the business
You build Customer Relationship
You build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the diagnostics market.
You ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, addressing issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Leadership:
You will Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regional Managers & Zonal Managers, fostering their professional growth and development as per VACC model
You will set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback through performance reviews.
You will conduct regular team meetings to align on sales strategies, share market insights, and address challenges.
You will develop and maintain a culture of accountability and motivation within the team.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
You will stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Core Lab
You will use Rexis as your default CRM tool reflect market dynamics
You will Identify new business opportunities and support the team in expanding the customer base.

You’re someone with an experience required12+ years of experience in sales, of which at least 10 years should be in a Multinational Company. you are who wants to influence your own development. You’re searching for a challenge where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests in a transforming organization. As go-getter, you actively drive the quality of the requirements. You can influence with courageous authenticity and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization and show excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills, with an ability to comprehend and translate complex topics into manageable pieces, to then position the topics with strong communication and group facilitation capabilities.
