  1. Operations & Strategy:
    1. Develop and execute nationwide operations strategies to enhance efficiency and service levels.
    2. Oversee end-to-end operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, value-added services, and order fulfillment.
    3. Drive continuous process improvements to optimize cost, performance, and customer satisfaction.
    4. Implement industry best practices and innovative technology-driven solutions for warehouse management.
    5. Maintain high safety standards across all warehouses and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    6. Conduct regular reviews with regional heads to assess operational performance and improvements.
    7. Strategically plan for future expansion and allocate appropriate space to customers.
    8. Lead projects related to warehouse automation, digitalization, and sustainability.
    9. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the operations team.
    10. Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and maintain a database of all lease contracts.
    11. Monitor and manage all MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and pallet lease contracts.
    12. Identify and onboard new vendors for MHE, automation, security, and other operational needs to optimize costs and improve service efficiency.
  1. Team Leadership & Management:
    1. Lead and mentor regional and cluster operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
    2. Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
    3. Work closely with HR to develop training programs and upskill operations staff.
    4. Drive team engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.
    5. Identify and develop future leaders to support organizational expansion.
  1. Customer & Stakeholder Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, transporters, and key stakeholders.
    2. Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and drive a customer-centric approach.
    3. Collaborate with the business development and key account management teams to support new business opportunities.
    4. Retain existing customers by maintaining high levels of engagement and addressing their operational needs.
    5. Participate in commercial proposals for contract renewals to ensure customer retention.
    6. Be actively involved in MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings with the Key Account Management team.
  1. Cost & Compliance Management:
    1. Optimize cost structures, drive P&L management, and ensure profitability across contract logistics operations.
    2. Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for warehousing and transportation.
    3. Monitor and manage contract negotiations with vendors and service providers (excluding labor/manpower contracts).
  1. Technology & Digitalization:
    1. Leverage data analytics and automation to drive operational efficiency.
    2. Implement and manage WMS, TMS, and other supply chain technology solutions.
    3. Utilize real-time tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve processes.
    4. Drive space expansion plans to support the organization's long-term growth strategy.

Educational Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-location operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or industrial logistics is preferred.
