Job Description

You will be part of our Sales Team, adding your leadership expertise, skills + values to the delivery of customer excellence + business growth.


Your Role Planning and execution of local marketing, communication & brand building activities with the purpose to generate brand image & qualified leads. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the selected marketing strategy as well as measuring and analysing campaign and lead performance at local level Your Responsibilities
  • In line with the objectives of the Country Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local marketing strategies, omni channel campaign design, implementation & optimization.
  • Support Internal & External communications initiatives like managing Blue Net Page, Social Media posts, News Letter, Customer Market updates, Let's Celebrate etc.
  • Work closely with Centre of Excellence on content strategies, branding and managing Calendars, Awards, Give aways, Corporate & Vertical Deck, Townhalls, Brochures, Case studies & Marketing Collateral.
  • Work with external branding agencies to ensure that the KPI's setup are met.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the country to Plan & Execute Industry Seminars/ Webinars/ Company Events.
  • Support DEL NV with managing visitor itinerary & other initiatives like VoC, Sales Gladiator, Scorecards etc.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective national BU or Functional Units and set-up regular exchanges on marketing developments.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and digital sales.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing internal and external communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative marketing solutions and campaigns that drive engagement and results.
