National HCP Activation lead
Your role:


Strategic Planning and Execution


- Develop and implement national/regional HCP strategies aligned with corporate goals.


- Create infrastructure to propel the HCP recommendation for Philips Avent/Sonicare


- Create hospital outreach infrastructure across gynaes , pediatricians and lactations consultants


Team Leadership and Development


- Develop , recruit , Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medical reps and regional KAM’s


- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.


- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for your team.


Market Analysis and Reporting


- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.


- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights across markets


- Adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis.


Client Relationship Management


- Build relationships across major KOL’s  - HCP’s and hospital managements and stakeholders


- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


- Develop and execute client retention strategies.


Compliance and Regulations


- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.


- Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical regulations and standards.



You're the right fit if:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.


- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/OTC HCP and Sales management.


- Proven track record driving HCP recommendation and revenue growth.


- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.


- Ability to work on grass roots and build a team from scratch



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
