You will be part of our Nacora team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer +operational excellence.
Your Role Your primary objective will be to collect claim documentation for marine cargo + liability claims. You will ensure proper documentation for all claim files by working with internal key stakeholders + adhering to the respective standard operating procedures (SOP). Your Responsibilities
- To build a marine cargo + marine liability claim file in accordance to the SOP.
- To maintain + update internal (SAlog /Ciel /Others) or Nacora systems on relevant claim documents.
- To ensure key information + digital claim documents are up to date on internal system (i.e. KN/Nacora) for
proper transfer of data to the respective Nacora / Risk + claims service station. - To manage + deliver service performance as per the client service level agreements.
- To conduct regular evaluation of existing processes + continuous improvement opportunities to drive
efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in marine insurance, claims handling, or a related industry is highly valued.
- Preferably, the candidate should have experience handling insurance related to Marine Cargo or Marine Liability.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing either in Spanish, Portuguese, or German at a B2 level is preferred.
- A strong understanding of maritime laws, regulations, and insurance policies is essential.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication abilities are also crucial.
