Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NABH Coordinator to join our team. The NABH Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality standards, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of NABH standards and guidelines within the organization
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with NABH requirements
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to staff members on NABH standards and best practices
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to NABH accreditation and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of NABH standards
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Certification in NABH standards and accreditation is preferred
