Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a world-leading Industrial Gases company, has an immediate opening for an HRIS Analyst with a focus on Learning. This hybrid role based in Pune, IN is an exciting opportunity to join the MyHR - HRIS team and play a critical role in driving forward system transformation while ensuring our people-related activity is executed exceptionally. The HRIS Analyst will act as a technical professional for HR, ensuring data integrity and reliability while completing required system updates/changes and process improvements.
Job responsibilities:
- Champion and serve as technical expert for Workday Learning, helping support long term strategic direction, design requirements, features, functionality, and progressive enhancements.
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to the global Learning COE, helping to provide process and technology support.
- Collaborate with the global MyHR and HR Digital Technology teams for issue resolution and process improvement
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
- Provide Tier 2 support for Workday issues using our case management tool
- Support new project implementations as they affect Learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of directly related Learning and Workday experience
- Experience in Workday configuration and support, specifically in the Workday functional area of Learning is required.
- Experience working with digital adoption platforms and e-learning tools, Udemy is a plus.
- Other Workday module experience preferred, such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent.
- Experience with Service Now is a plus
- Solid verbal/ written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- The ability to work well independently and within a team, while building relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Confidentiality and integrity are a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Self-motivated with and strong sense of accountability
