Job Description: Murex Market Risk and Credit Risk Specialist
Position Title: Specialist
Location: Bangaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune
Software Requirements
- Murex Expertise:
- In-depth exposure to the Murex Credit Risk module and a solid understanding of Murex and MLC modules.
- Experience with Risk and Limits configurations and validations.
- Familiarity with the LRB module and LTS configuration.
- Understanding of the Murex Market Risk module (MRE) with development exposure.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance Murex Credit Risk and Market Risk functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Assist in the resolution of MLC-related issues, providing ongoing support to the risk management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management solutions.
- Conduct validations and configurations related to Risk and Limits.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies or issues related to market and credit risk data.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance within the Murex environment.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Murex Modules:
- Strong knowledge of Murex Credit Risk and Market Risk modules.
- Familiarity with MLC, LRB, and LTS configurations.
Risk Management:
- Understanding of Risk and Limits configurations and validations.
Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex risk management issues.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, specifically with Murex systems.
- Proven experience in support projects and enhancements related to risk modules.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Murex Credit and Market Risk modules.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to enhance existing functionalities and implement new features.
- Conduct regular audits and validations of risk configurations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the resolution of MLC-related issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Document processes, configurations, and enhancements to maintain clear operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
