The position
As an MuleSoft Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will:


  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders for requirement gathering. Work with product owners and scrum master’s to plan and prioritize roadmaps for upcoming integrations.
  • Develop APIs in Mule 4 using the latest Anypoint Studio. Handle error scenarios effectively. Utilize various API connectors to integrate different platforms (e.g., Salesforce Cloud, different databases, other CRM systems, SFTP & S3 buckets).
  • Guide the development cycle of an API in collaboration with Novo Nordisk vendors. Conduct code review sessions.
  • Design and review design documents related to all API integrations, perform unit testing etc.
  • Analyze, fix, and apply operational fixes to APIs and deploy builds with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize MAP ADO Framework setups like GIT repos, deployment pipelines, and library groups.


Qualifications

Need to have:


  • Bachelor of Engineering, MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Domain).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a service-level-based organization, preferably in the IT or Pharma domain.
  • Minimum 3+ years of practical experience with tools like Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, Mule 4, Azure DevOps, WinSCP, Postman, Salesforce Data Inspector, and Splunk.
  • Good knowledge of data integration, data modelling, and preferred ETL background.
  • Experience in Agile framework is must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to region-specific requirements.
  • Ability to represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity, time management, and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team.


About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Enterprise Platform & Tech Services (EPTS) department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for various enterprise systems which included Data & Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.
