What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

• Implements and designs portions of quality performance indicators, tools and processes for data collection, analysis and reporting for quality management and continuous improvement of products or solutions for a customer segment or business unit.
• Consolidates and analyzes multiple streams of quality data and process results for assigned product and solution areas to produce reports, identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis and propose resolutions.
• Communicates product and process issue analysis to stakeholders; implements specified changes to product or process to improve quality and minimize risk of failures.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Using data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ability to apply analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
• Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate compliance with quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
