About the team


The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell, and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program. 


What you will be doing      


  • Install, configure, and maintain Dynamics CRM instances.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage CRM security, including user roles and permissions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and apply necessary updates and patches.
  •  Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom entities, plugins, and integrations using CRM SDK and development tools.
  • Implement business rules and automation processes within the CRM.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations.
  • Maintain data integrity and quality through regular checks and validations.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.


What you bring :


  • Provide technical support to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide CRM solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM data to generate business reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Manage integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems.
  • Work with developers to build and deploy custom solutions within the CRM environment.
  •  Ensure integration solutions are secure, efficient, and scalable.
