Job Description
A Montessori-trained teacher facilitates child-centered learning by guiding students through self-directed activities in a prepared environment. Key responsibilities include:
Observation and Guidance: Monitor and support each child's individual development, fostering independence and a love for learning.
Prepared Environment: Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration and discovery.
Individualized Learning: Develop lesson plans and curricula tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
Assessment: Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Communication: Establish positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
