Job Description

Role: Mobile Architect


My client who is a leading US Based software development company, with their offices in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Mobile Architect to join their team. You will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This role focuses on defining architectural solutions for React Native apps, ensuring performance optimization, security, and alignment with business goals.


Location: Chennai (In-Office)


Experience: 12 - 16 years


Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:


  • 12+ years of experience in mobile application development and architecture, with at least 5 years focused on React Native.
  • Define and drive technical architecture for complex React Native mobile solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Deep expertise in memory management, performance optimization, and security best practices for mobile apps.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift/Kotlin, and state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Recoil).
  • Design and optimize local data storage, including offline synchronization and background processing.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, app store deployment processes, and cloud services like Azure or Firebase.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions while mentoring development teams on best practices.
  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVC) and system design.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
