  • CS deck preparation, process and timeline

  • Support for SOR & MOM preparation, process and timeline

  • Updating of employee details/ Updating of escalation matrix.

  • Updating of employee IT Assets details (Laptop, Corrigo Tabs)

  • Regular update of India email Distribution list (DL) and coordinate for regular updating of all other email DLs in close coordination with entity MIS SPOCs and other service lines as required

  • Collating and sharing all nominations requirements for both pan India and West India region.

  • Monthly collating and updating from pan India Org chart including for al service lines.

  • Following up with the team & sharing attendance when required or before 5th of every month

  • Collating and sharing pan India Ovations award nominations on quarterly basis.

  • Updating of site details for minimum wages on Quarterly basis as per requirement 

  • HSBC- Validation file (only for Mumbai) (Termination, LOP or Transfer) shared with the Corporate (Compliance)for salary process.

  • Updating of HSBC Portfolio pan India

  • Pan India laptop & data card details. Update the Open PO’s & Invoice tracker day to day basis. 

Account Mumbai Office



  • Monthly office Bills submission to BKC office for payment (CCD, Housekeeping, Electricity , Rent, Car Parking and AC)



  • Managing HK vendor service with the HK boys.



  • Drinking Water Jar, Hot Beverages, Cold Beverages, Toiletries. 



  • Overall Account office maintenance 



  • Managing material and stationery and necessary requirements  for office, (CCD, Stationary, Cups or Dairies as per requirements)  



  • Managing internet, printer and any AMC for Andheri Office.




  • Taking care of petty cash for Andheri office including approvals



  • JLL And Ethics documents on office Notice Board. 



  • Coordination with HK Boys for office work (Vijay & Surya) and also with Corporate admin coordinate with the corporate Admin team.



  • Pantry Stock, stationary, office electric work, fire extinguisher, FAS System, car parking allotment, rent and electricity invoices to JLL Corporate, Washroom repair (Pipeline, Water or any )



  • Maintaining office attendance.



Rolerequiresfollowing key attributes and capabilities: -



  • Good communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel. 

  • Good interpersonal skills and proactive outcome drive approach. 

  • Capability to coordinate with pan India stakeholders and closely follow up for timely closures. 

  • Manage day to day reporting and adhoc requirements.

  • Accurate data collation ensuring no manual errors.

  • Good understanding of FM operations, financeand sourcing processes
