As a Migration and Governance - Project Management - Associate within our team, you will support the project management of process migrations, promote change management related to Migrations process, and contribute to process improvement and control initiatives. You will collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance and ensure audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpoint.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive change management related to Migrations process.
- Contribute to process improvement and control initiatives.
- Collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance
- Performing analysis to assess the timelines.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns & predictions using relevant data
- Driving governance arounds scorecards, recertifications of IAS charters
- Ensure Quality Assurance of IAS charters including accuracy of scorecards
- Ensure audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpoint
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- BTech / CA / CWA / MBA with 2-4 years / Graduate or Post-Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and Data Analytics
- Candidates will have a mix of technical, analytical & soft skills with experience on data manipulation & visualization using data analytics tools, e.g. Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL, , Power BI
- Familiarity with a coding language, e.g. Java, C++
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high-level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings
- Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships
- Must be confident and experienced and also be able to interact at senior / middle management level.
