Job Description: Enterprise / Mid-market Account Manager

Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) is looking for a versatile Enterprise / Midmarket Account Manager to join the diverse team in Bangalore. As a leader in providing innovative solutions for New Product Design, Innovation, Product Lifecycle Management, and more, Siemens DISW seeks an individual who can drive strategic customer engagements and build win-win scenarios for both customers and the company


Position: Enterprise / Mid-Market Account Manager

Function: Enterprise Sales


Location: Bangalore


Experience: 8 -12 Years

Education: Engineering/Professional degree (+ MBA Preferred)


Key Skills/Capabilities Required:
  • Proven Large Account Management skills
  • Ability to define and implement account management and strategic engagement
  • Understanding of Engineering R&D / ESO Segment is Key
  • Mapping and managing customer stakeholders at multiple levels!
  • Driving structured and business value-based customer engagements
  • Articulating the business value of solutions/enterprise software at CXO levels
  • Crafting, building, and closing software/solution deals.
  • Navigating a customer’s buying process and driving business/commercial closures
  • Connecting with Siemens DISW India/global experts and leveraging knowledge collaterals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in the CRM system.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales methodologies.
  • Passion to succeed, take ownership, and build win-win scenarios!
