Key Responsibilities:

1. Green algae cultivation:
   -Maintain and upscale green algae cultures for urban carbon sequestering units
   -Monitor, clean, and inoculate PBRs
   
2. Lakes restoration water quality assessment
   -Microscopic identification of harmful algal blooms (HAB), particularly Microcystis.
   -Chlorophyll-a extraction and quantification
   -Spectrophotometer analysis
   -Dry Cell Weight analysis
   -Support fieldwork operations

Requirements:

-Masters degree in Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
-Proven experience working with green algae cultures.
-Based within a reasonable traveling distance to Noida.
-Comfortable with fieldwork and hands-on research activities.
