  We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy Report Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and developing reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating complex reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy tools, with a focus on delivering actionable insights that drive business decision-making.

  
  

  Overall Responsibilities

  
  
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards using MicroStrategy reporting tools.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into technical specifications to create effective reporting solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune reports to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data modelers and architects to ensure that the data warehouse design supports efficient reporting.
• User Engagement: Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather reporting requirements and integrate feedback into solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to users on MicroStrategy BI tools and reports, empowering them to leverage reporting capabilities effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices, applying them to enhance existing reporting capabilities.

• Qualifications

  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of strong experience in MicroStrategy report development, including documents, dashboards, and scorecards.

  
  

• Technical Skills:

  
  
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases and data warehouse architecture.
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights through clear and compelling reports.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Day-to-day Activities

  
  
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions based on input from business stakeholders.
• Ensure that all reports meet performance benchmarks and usability criteria.
• Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and training sessions for end-users, enhancing their proficiency with MicroStrategy tools.
