Oversee and manage the daily operations of Procurement Operations activities
Develop and implement standardized procedures and controls to ensure efficient and compliant execution of transactional procurement processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and improve operational efficiencies
Engage with business owners to support the procurement of products and services through Ariba and the established enterprise processes
Analyze transactional procurement data (leveraging Reporting & Analytics team) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback monthly to the transactional procurement team, identifying areas for development and collaborating with Center of Excellence team to implement training programs as needed
Review and assess the effectiveness of transactional procurement processes and controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement performance
Develop and implement long-term strategies and goals for transactional procurement operations, aligning them with the overall objectives of the organization

Experience & Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science. A minimum of seven(7) years of experience working in a procure to pay environment progressing in responsibility and leadership. At least three (3) years supervisory experience. Previous experience setting up a Procurement Operations Center. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
Strong exposure in Catalogue & Contract Management
ServiceNow experience
Strong skills using MS Excel and MS Outlook
Strong knowledge of procure to pay platforms (Ariba or Coupa), processes and policies
Critical thinking skills to decipher business users’ issues to advise on a course for resolution as well as analyze opportunities for development
Able to think on their feet leveraging good judgment and decision-making skills
Knowledge of cultural differences and business practices globally
Ability to deal with confrontational issues in a positive manner
Ability to manage, coach and mentor direct reports and foster an effective, collaborative work environment
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders around the globe
Able to problem solve determining root cause issues at the process and program level to ensure complete resolution
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and manage multiple projects with ease
Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
