PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop effective training programs, materials, and resources related to contract management and chargeback processing. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees, utilizing various methods such as classroom training, e-learning, and hands-on workshops. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics. Adjust training methods and materials as necessary to improve outcomes. Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Work closely with the Contracts and Chargebacks team, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with company goals. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, addressing any questions or issues related to contracts and chargebacks. Report team operations and performance to US-based executives / management team. Collaborate with management to ensure the team structure and its SLAs remain current with the organization’s overall goal. Willing to obtain formal training in other areas. Lead multiple workstreams. Collaborate with key teammates and leadership. Assist and support department managers in preparing for meetings. Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with associates and management. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations.
