Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in the Pharma/Biotech/Clinical Research industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
. Perform laboratory tests including microbiology, hematology, and urinalysis
. Analyze and report test results
. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
. Keep accurate records of all tests and results
. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
