What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? •Graduate, Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine Arts • •• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization. • Knowledge of digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to gauge campaign performance.
Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Project Planning: o Develop detailed project plans tailored to creative deliverables, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. o Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for creative teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives. o Manage end-to-end production cycles for creative assets, including print, digital, and multimedia. • Cross-Functional Coordination: o Act as a liaison between creative teams and other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, or external clients). o Ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives across all projects. o Schedule regular check-ins with design and production teams to track progress and address bottlenecks. • Quality Assurance: o Review creative outputs (e.g., designs, videos, animations) to ensure they meet brand guidelines, creative standards, and project objectives. o Coordinate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to creative teams for revisions. o Conduct final checks to confirm deliverables are print- or web-ready as required. • Resource and Timeline Management: o Allocate resources efficiently, balancing workloads across design, content, and animation teams. o Monitor deadlines and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate shifts in project scope or priorities. o Ensure all creative deliverables are delivered on time, without compromising quality. • Creative Process Development: o Refine and document creative workflows, from briefing to final delivery, to ensure consistency and efficiency. o Implement tools and processes for tracking creative requests, approvals, and revisions. o Stay updated on best practices in creative project management and integrate them into daily operations. • Stakeholder Communication: o Present project updates, timelines, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. o Manage expectations for creative outputs, providing realistic timelines and solutions for delays. o Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to align teams with project goals. • Creative Innovation and Trends: o Keep up with industry trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the creative team. o Propose new formats, styles, or approaches to enhance creative impact across campaigns.Any Graduation
