1862: A groundbreaking branded content and influencer marketing agency with active campaigns in 22 countries and teams in Russia, Poland, Nigeria and Japan.


GCN: The full-service strategic and creative agency at the intersection of advertising, branded content, communication design and social media.


Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.

Key responsibilities:


  • Be involved in training an AI based social listening tool to track the various client brands and competitor brands.
  • Communicate with the tool support teams via email and calls to enable better tracking and tool usage.
  • Support in creating quarterly/annual reports with actionable insights and the latest market updates.
  • Research and analyse relevant social media accounts on major platforms like Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.
  • Support with quantitative & landscape research on OTTs/Podcasts and other content marketing avenues online.
  • Supporting team by consolidating social platform data for metrics development.

Your Background:


  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Quick and open to learning new tools.
  • Digital-first experience, preferably a digital native.
  • Proficient at Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of any digital media/social listening tool is a plus.
