Could you be the full-time Mechanical Maintainence Lead , Kolkata we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless operation of our production equipment and machinery, adhering to the highest EHS standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Leads, Production MEP, Employee Relations), lead breakdown resolutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and adhering to PM schedules, identifying and procuring spares, as well as undertaking projects to minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
We’ll look to you for:
Leading and supervising maintenance activities across three rotational shifts
Performing maintenance and troubleshooting through HMI of critical CNC/PLC machines
Maintaining utilities such as compressors, generators, EOT cranes, pumps, and accessories
Enhancing safety and TPM initiatives
Managing spares inventory and optimizing maintenance costs
Training and developing team members, with a focus on performance evaluation

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
Experience in mechanical maintenance within medium to heavy industry
Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Familiarity with CNC machinery, laser cutting, and welding equipment
A certification in 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, or TQC is advantageous
Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and experience with SAP/ARIBA for procurement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with OEMs and vendors
