Mechanical CAD engineers-2
Within Thales Global Services (TGS) and the Process and Technology Department of the Group's Industrial Division, you will be integrated into the Data Management Department. Their mission is to provide ECAD/MCAD models for electronic and mechanical libraries. The models are supplied in the Corporate Database for all Thales designers according to the international Standards, Thales technical reference system and Hardware Workbench.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Creation of 3D-models for electronic and mechanical parts
Maintenance of existing libraries
Using the CAD system : CREO (PTC) and CATIA (Dassault)
Strong commitment in terms of meeting deadlines
Ensuring the upmost high quality and reliability.
Technical skills :
You are competent using the design softwares :
CREO (PTC)
CATIA (Dassault)
You have a good knowledge of the mechanical design process and of 3D model designs
Experiences:
You must have studied Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent course, with a minimum of two years’ experience in mechanical design or in the creation of 3D-model libraries

Languages:
An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential for daily exchanges with Thales Worldwide Entity Customers and the head of the team, based in France. The knowledge of French would be a bonus.
