Be part of engineering team that design and develops Honeywell Aerospace products which include Engines, Power systems, Mechanical system and Components. The candidate must demonstrate strong mechanical design knowledge, application of aerospace practices and sound engineering judgment. The candidate must use experience and judgment to accomplish goals, exercise Honeywell initiatives and generate innovative solutions.


Minimum qualification and experience:
  • Masters or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Proven Mechanical industry design experience, specifically in designing composite parts.
  • Proven ability to understand latest in composite materials, latest in composite manufacturing and experience in designing various composite parts.
  • Should be a Self-starter, with strong oral and written communication.
Preference:
  • Must demonstrate Aircraft industry practices, processes, and methods. 
  • Demonstrates drawing interpretations, spec interpretations, manufacturing techniques and GD&T. 
  • Should be an expert in using CAD tools like UGNX and FIberSIM.
  • Must be exposed to using PLM tools like Team center, ENOVIA, PDM.
  • Understands change management, configuration management and documentations.
