Job title:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.
• Experience in international business environment in marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with senior business partners and customers.
• Commercial savvy and persistent and agile in delivering results.
• Exposure to market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development.
• Strong conceptual skills; ability to translate market and customer feedback into Value Propositions.
• Ability to guide and drive the development of new solutions from the initial concept until the final product through validation of assumptions.
• A hands on, analytical and solution-orientated mind-set, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-disciplinary team

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
