• Functional Support Teams: Fleet planning / Project planning / Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, Quality etc. • Supply Chain Network; Project Managers, Engineering, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Social partners, etc.


Mission & Responsibilities


1. Leading the group of multiple  commodities with the potential of small team handling. 


2. Production planning in ERP in line with Project Planning – MPS


3. Material demand in ERP based on production planning, maintenance planning, repairs planning, sales orders or statistical methods


4. Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP (or alternative) based on MRP process.


5. Leadership and coordination of missing parts anticipation process and missing parts root cause analysis


6. Planning and inventory strategy deployment based on parts typology, demand input, volume, price and other potential characteristics


7. Material master data creation and maintenance (MRP type, MRP controller, make/buy, planning strategy, MRP parameters, …… )


8. Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement activity for planning


9. Responsible for 100% material availability at site and all supplier/planning issues.


Educational requirements


Graduation in Engineering / Industrial / Business Administration / Supply Chain


Technical Knowledge / Experience


Planning knowledge and experience; SAP knowledge


Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies


Good analytical skills
