EU Masterfiles Associate: 

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EU Masterfiles Associate to join our E-commerce Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing masterfiles/flat files that are essential for product listings across Amazon and other European marketplaces. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and optimized listings that meet marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Masterfile Creation: Develop and maintain masterfiles/flat files for product listings across multiple European marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Bol.com, and others.
Data Management: Collect, organize, and verify product data to ensure accuracy and completeness before file creation.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, edit, and manipulate large datasets, ensuring they are properly formatted and ready for upload.
Marketplace Compliance: Ensure all masterfiles comply with the specific requirements and guidelines of each marketplace.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks on files to identify and correct any errors before submission.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Content, and E-commerce, to gather necessary information and updates for file creation.
File Uploading: Manage the upload process of masterfiles to various marketplaces, troubleshooting any issues that arise during or after upload.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the Masterfile creation process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in creating and managing masterfiles/flat files, particularly for Amazon and other European marketplaces.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
Familiarity with marketplace listing requirements and standards, particularly on Amazon.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and process large volumes of data accurately.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to file creation and uploads, with a focus on finding effective solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional European marketplaces beyond Amazon (e.g., eBay, Bol.com).
Familiarity with bulk listing tools and software.
Experience in E-commerce or retail industry.
