Project Summary & Position Overview: The Automation Lead will work with MDM Leadership team to define, build scope and handle projects of varying degrees, with multiple disciplines such as SAP, SFDC, PPDS, and Inhabit manager. A keen eye to look at redundant, repetitive, and complex process and find a suitable solution to automation, simplify and represent the benefits through dashboards.Automation lead is additionally responsible to drive individuals within the team who have multi-layered skills, with an objective of project work. The incumbent should shadow lead and aid the team in establishing and improving your skills to achieve high standards effectively.Essential responsibilities –Demonstrates significant knowledge of a single or multiple technologies and advise on designing, development, and implementation.Advances tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code and review the code written by team members and help team when required.Have domain skills to understand the Customer and Product master data.Estimates project size, duration, and resource demands.Responsible for working with limited supervision and handling own time to achieve work you're doing.Partners with functional peers, such as process owners, reporting and technology teams, on required support, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.The ability to adapt to change is meaningful in today’s fast-paced world.Need to timely communicate on project status, risks, issues, landmark achievement to collaborators and sponsors.Technical Skill requirements:Data analysis using Python.Data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.Strong relational database skills preferable Snowflake.Able to handle large quantities of data without drowning in it and ability to use tools such as Alteryx, Informatica.NoSQL skills (MongoDB, CouchDB or Cassandra).Interpersonal skills:Ability to apply operational and technological efficiencies to Products master, Customer master and processes.Proven documentation and interpersonal skills including presentation, negotiation and facility.English language proficiency.Strong analytical, industrial and prioritization skills. Demonstrable ability to influence multi-functional teams without formal authority.Education –  Bachelor's degree minimumYears of experience – 5 yearsLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
