A Day in the LifeOur Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
As an MDM Test Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables. The primary responsibility includes develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Master Data Management applications.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Understand the data model used in global Master Data Management and solutions to define the test cases and define test plan.


  • Understand the master data management concepts and attributes of the data and manage the data dictionary of the tables.


  • Experience creating test cases for matching, merging along with trust and survivorship principles.


  • Validate quality of data and steer data quality improvement action plans


  • Ensure and assess data quality of global data, building KPIs (incident management, completeness of data, etc.) and setting up and automate consistency checks


  • Identify root causes of potential defects and assign it to Dev team.


  • Partner with business analysts and external teams to understand the pipeline implementation plan.


  • Create and set up test strategy and QA environments in which test cases and scenarios will be executed.


  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test planning, test case development, execution, and defect tracking. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.


  • Understand business requirements, define the test case, and conduct review with Business analyst.


  Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as Test Lead on Projects involving large and complex IT systems in a health and human services or health care services Project.


  • At least 3 years of experience overseeing or testing applications with multiple stakeholders/customers with varied business priorities and varying levels of experience with automation systems.


  • Experience performing testing on any of the Master Data Management tools (Informatica, IBM, Reltio).


  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes.


  • Hands on and solid Experience in data analysis using SQL.


  • Hands on experience with cloud applications hosted on AWS.


  • Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
