Job Title: Master Data Lead

Introduction to Role:


Join us as a Master Data Lead in our Operations team. This role is perfect for those who thrive with standardised ways of working driven by Lean. You will have the freedom to be more creative, dig deep and ask questions, and problem-solve together. Accountabilities:

As a Master Data Lead, you will be integral to delivering master data that supports global processes, provide coordination of activities across the data network to ensure product launches, divestments, acquisitions, and commercial supply switch projects have the right data, in the right place, at the right time. You will work closely with the rest of the Supply Chain Data Teams and the process community in ensuring that global processes and standards are used, resulting in high process performance and excellent data quality.


Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Educated to degree level in a scientific, engineering or business discipline.


  • 5+ years’ experience (of which 3+yrs working with master data processes)


  • Experience of E2E Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry


  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams, preferably globally


  • Analytical, detail oriented, highly organized


  • Ability to work with complexity and manage ambiguity


  • Fluent in English (both written and verbally)


  • Candidates should be willing to work hours aligned to European time zone


  • A passion for data within business processes and their importance in driving business performance


  • Experience of working with SAP ECC, MDG, APO and OMP applications


  • Experience working in Smartsheet.
